Before you arrive

Grip socks

Grip socks must be worn during class for your safety. If you forget to bring a pair, they're available to purchase in the studio.

Late arrivals

If you arrive 5 minutes or more after your scheduled class start time, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

First-time clients

If you have never used a Reformer before, please arrive at least 5 minutes early so the instructor can provide an introduction to the equipment before the class begins.
