Strength Reformer Pilates.
We’ve combined the control, precision and core focus of reformer Pilates with a contemporary approach to strength training, time under tension, muscular endurance, and high-intensity, low-impact resistance training inspired by weighted workouts, to build a workout that sculpts, strengthens and challenges in equal measure.
Founded by Ami Charlize and Aimee Seaborne, Studio 141 is a boutique studio built around one simple belief: you shouldn’t have to choose between strength and control.
